Fabrication and evaluation of polyherbal hand sanitizer using essential oils

Abstract

The present day scenario is such that every person is aware of the problems that can arise because of the unhygienic hands. In order to keep it clean and hygienic every possible parameter is being adopted by the major categories of populations. Regular cleaning and washing of hands is one of the prime activities being carried out but in case of scarcity of water and non-availability of soap the sanitizer is one of the best options. After covid the role and utilization of sanitizer has increased with persons. The sanitizers have alcohol in it which causes the problem of dryness. To manage the same the herbal hand sanitizer is being prepared in the present study using polyherbs like ginger, eucalyptus, and neem.
