Correlation of diabetes and frozen shoulder: A study of 100 patients in a private clinical setting

Abstract
Frozen shoulder, or adhesive capsulitis, is a common yet disabling condition characterized by pain and restricted movement in the shoulder joint. It is observed more frequently in patients with diabetes mellitus. This study aims to investigate the correlation between diabetes and the prevalence of frozen shoulder, focusing on 100 patients attending a private clinic. We examine the incidence, severity, and outcomes in diabetic versus non-diabetic patients to establish any significant relationship between the two conditions.
