Abstract
The study sought to assess the impact of plyometric and weight training on particular physical fitness parameters among collegiate basketball players. The study employed a pre-test-post-test control group design to examine the correlation between basketball players and their performance. The individuals were randomly assigned to three groups, with only the experimental groups (EGI and EGII) receiving therapy. The researcher employed quantitative approaches to gather data via fieldwork, pre-tests, and post-tests, utilizing suitable testing protocols.
