Rating Europe’s top 5 soccer leagues based on existing rating systems

Abstract
Four methods of rating soccer leagues are examined and applied to European Soccer League data during the 2018-19 season. The methods are explained and analyzed with a recommendation. Overall the recommendation is using a method similar to the NFL Passer Rating Method for soccer.
