Effect of integrated nutrient management (INM) on growth and yield of wheat crop (Triticum aestivum L.)
Abstract
An experiment entitled “Effect of Integrated Nutrient Management (INM) on growth and yield of wheat crop (Triticum aestivum L.)” was conducted at Shradhya Bhagwati Singh Agriculture Research Farm (Hajipur), Chandra Bhanu Gupta Krishi Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya, B.K.T., Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) during Rabi season 2023. The highest number of grains/spike and weight of grain/spike was recorded significantly with the treatment T4 (125% RDF-Inorganic fertilizer) in comparison to rest of the treatments. Maximum test weight (gm) was recorded significant with the treatment T4 (125% RDF-Inorganic fertilizer) in comparison to rest of the treatments. Significantly highest grain and straw yield of wheat was found with the application of T4 (125% RDF-Inorganic fertilizer) in comparison to rest of the treatments.
