The significance of the proactive public services to implement an anti-corruption system in Uzbekistan

Abstract

Nowadays, in a secular and social state that provides its citizens with all modern amenities, the rapid development of the public service sector is a requirement of the times. A developing state strives to eliminate bureaucratic obstacles and any ways that allow corruption. It is through the digitization of the civil service sector that it will be possible to sharply reduce the level of corruption and remove bureaucratic obstacles. The introduction of especially proactive public services in the public service sector will serve to increase citizens’ trust in the state and their satisfaction with public services. In short, the modernization and digitization of the civil service will help to significantly prevent corruption crimes that may occur in the country.
