Outcome of CFLD pulses programme on greengram (Vigna radiata L.) production of Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh

Abstract

In order to determine the yield differences between the upgraded package and practices employed in the cluster front line demonstration (CFLD pulses) and farmer's practice (FP) of green gram grown in summer circumstances, the study was conducted by the Krishi Vigyan Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh. To show how enhanced agro-techniques affect output and economic benefits under summer conditions, cluster front line demonstrations on green gram were conducted on farmer's fields throughout the summer season in successive years, from 2018-19 to 2022-23. Total 149 farmers and the KVK scientific team worked on the five years of CFLDs in 60 ha area. According to data analysis, the plots that produced the most grain had average.
