A mini review on some biological activities of pyrazole derivatives
Abstract
Pyrazole derivatives have attracted significant attention and interest in medicinal chemistry due to their diverse biological properties. This brief review aims to highlight some of the varied biological activities displayed by pyrazole derivatives, including their anti-diabetic, anti-malarial, anti-leishmanial, anti-tubercular and anti-viral activities. The chemical structure of pyrazole derivatives plays a crucial role in determining their pharmacological activities, making them promising candidates for drug development. This mini review presents a succinct overview of the current research progress in exploring the biological potential of pyrazole derivatives, highlighting their significance in drug discovery and development.
