Effect of silver and zinc oxide nanoparticles on crop growth and yield in soybean

International Journal of Advanced Biochemistry Research · 2024 · Vol. 8(12) · pp. 985–988

Abstract

The present investigation was carried out to evaluate the efficacy of biosynthesized silver and zinc oxide nanoparticles on the growth and yield attributing traits in soybean crop. Two different modes of application viz. nanocoating and nanopriming at different concentrations along with foliar spray at various concentrations were evaluated for its effect on growth and final yield of the crop. The seeds primed with zinc oxide nanoparticles at 600 ppm followed by foliar spray at 50 ppm concentrations gave the best results.
