The effect of exercises using some assistive means in developing some physical and skill abilities of young football players

Abstract

The research aims to investigate the effect of assistive means in developing some physical and skill abilities of young football players. The researcher used the experimental method using the equivalent groups method. The research sample was selected from them, amounting to (20) players randomly. They were also randomly divided into two groups, an experimental group and a control group, with (10) players for each group, using the simple draw method. Homogeneity and equivalence were carried out in the variables under study. The training period took (6) weeks, with three training units. The Statistical Package (SPSS) was used to process the statistics.
