Therapeutic benefits of Indian herbs: An insight into their medicinal properties

Abstract
Indian herbs, integral to Ayurvedic medicine, have long been valued for their healing properties. In recent years, scientific research has increasingly validated their therapeutic potentials in treating a wide range of health issues. This review explores the efficacy of several commonly used Indian herbs in treating various conditions such as stress, digestive issues, skin health, immunity, and more. The article presents an overview of relevant research studies that support the medicinal uses of these herbs.
