Abstract

The educational landscape in India has undergone a significant transformation, particularly in management education, due to globalization, technological advancements, and evolving industry demands. As the demand for skilled professionals increases, especially in sectors like IT, management education has become crucial in shaping the future workforce. However, the rapid growth of educational institutions, especially business schools, has led to concerns about the quality of education being compromised for quantity. This paper explores the challenges faced by Indian management education, focusing on the integration of economies, quality assurance, and the role of technology in shaping future leaders.
