This needs to be carefully managed, which include accurate diagnosis, wound care, and recurrence prevention techniques. Here, a case of 64 year old male reported with chronic venous ulcer which was refractory to other treatment methods was treated successfully with homoeopathy medicines is presented. This case report proves the efficacy of homoeopathic medicines in treating chronic venous leg ulcers.
