International Journal of Advanced Academic Studies · 2024 · Vol. 6(12) · pp. 31–32

Abstract

The adoption of electronic resources (e-resources) in higher education has transformed the academic landscape, offering unparalleled access to information and fostering research and learning. This study examines the usage trends and challenges associated with e-resources among students and faculty members in Madhya Pradesh universities. By employing a mixed-methods approach, it provides comprehensive insights into the utilization patterns, user satisfaction, and barriers to optimal use. Findings reveal a strong reliance on e-resources for academic purposes, tempered by infrastructural and awareness-related challenges. Recommendations are proposed to enhance the usability and accessibility of e-resources to maximize their impact on higher education.
