International Journal of Physics and Applications · 2024 · Vol. 6(2) · pp. 175–178

Abstract

Since Polyurethane/Polystyrene Interpenetrating Polymer Network reported as nonmagnetic/electrical network of two polymers used in industry especially for mechanical purposes. As reported earlier that most probable use of polyurethane in daily life as small pipes used in gas industry as well as covering sheets for luggage in open air. Organic clays/powders have been used to improve mechanical strength but such kinds of interpenetrating polymer networks used only for mechanical uses whereas elongation at break and hardness does matter but in now days, instead of organic clays/powders, ceramic oxide nanoparticles used to improve mechanical strength. These ceramic oxide nanoparticles not only improve mechanical strength of polymer by their incorporation in network of polymer but also established their own characteristics like their dielectric response, magnetic behavior as well as their conducting properties. In this paper, we report magnetic, dielectric and conducting response of nonmagnetic/electrical network of two polymers by incorporating of ceramic ferrite nanoparticle using in-situ polymerization used in electronic industry especially as memory storage.
