Effect of vincristine chemotherapy in peri anal tumours affected dogs

Abstract

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Inj. Vincristine in the treatment of peri anal tumours. Dogs that were presented to the Veterinary Clinical Complex for a period of two years were screened for the presence of peri anal tumours. The dogs that were confirmed for per anal tumours were subjected to treatment with Inj. Vincristine. The clinical recovery, hematological and biochemical parameters and the therapeutic efficacy of treatment were enumerated.
