Statistical exploration of leadership quality in formal higher institution and its effectiveness in Nigerian system

Abstract

The reason for this statistical study is to conduct statistical exploration research on leadership in the university setting and its effectiveness in Nigeria. The study area is Federal university Lokoja and University of Abuja. This study explores and find out the extent to which Leadership in the university contribute to effective institution management. Also identified some types of university Head Leadership pattern often used in university study centers administration (Such as Open University). Likewise, to examined the effects of university Head Leadership pattern on staff and general job performance in formal university education setting. Finally, to identify the leadership challenges face in the discharge of their leadership roles in two selected universities.
