Abstract

Essential nutrients significantly influence plant growth and the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites, which are vital for ecological resilience, human health applications, and commercial value. This review explores the critical roles of macronutrients and micronutrients in these processes, supported by records and case studies highlighting their practical implications. Special emphasis is placed on how nutrient optimization impacts primary metabolic pathways and secondary metabolite synthesis, ultimately improving crop productivity and quality. The inclusion of data, tables, and figures provides an analytical perspective to inform research and agricultural practices.
