Its multifactorial pathophysiology necessitates a comprehensive approach to management, often incorporating lifestyle modifications and dietary strategies. This systematic review explores the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, and PCOS management, examining evidence for various dietary approaches and lifestyle interventions in symptom management and hormonal regulation.
