A case of eczema treated with indivisualizing homoeopathic medicine

Abstract

Eczema is the inflammation of skin involving the epidermis and dermis. The term eczema means boil over. Exact cause of ezcemz is unknown. It is divide into two types acute eczema and chronic eczema. In acute eczema there is pruritis, erythema, oedema, vesiculation, oozing, crusting and scaling. In chronic eczema there is pruritis, lichenification, excoriation and also hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation. A 21 year old female presented with itching, oozing, erythema of right foot and was treated with the medicine Sulphur Iodatus according to symptom similarity with follow up upto 2 months. This case report proves the wonderful effects of homoeopathic medicine.
