Marma Chikitsa, an ancient Ayurvedic therapy, involves the stimulation of specific energy points known as Marma points to promote physical and mental health. By integrating traditional knowledge with modern scientific understanding, this paper elucidates the potential benefits of Marma Chikitsa in managing mental health conditions and enhancing overall well-being.
