The effect of a proposed training program using the technique of (FUNION) on some offensive skills in junior football in MISAN governorate

Abstract

The researcher hypothesized the influence of the technique of (Funion) training method positively on the development of on some offensive skills (shooting, passing, dribbling)،and taking into account the nature of the research and the method used, the two samples were chosen by the intentional method, where the control and experimental samples were from the same team, where the training program was applied to the experimental sample, which contains 24 training units at a rate of three units per week for a period of 8 weeks, and the time of the training unit lasted on average 90 minutes, and after emptying the data and statistical processing, the proposed training program using the technique of (funion) method obtained a positive evolution between the pre and posttests in favor of the experimental group, and the proposed training program using the technique of (funion) method obtained a positive evolution in the results of the post-tests between the two control and experimental groups and in favor of the experimental sample. This demonstrates the impact of the training programme on the enhancement of specific offensive skills (Shooting, passing, dribbling) within the group of participants being studied. According to the study's findings, the researcher recommended including the (funion) method in the training programme. This is because it has a beneficial effect on the improvement of attacking abilities in football. Additionally, the researcher emphasised the need to base the training programme on scientific principles.
