The influence of rehabilitation program by using some ranging aids on motion and reducing wrist joint injuries for athletes

Abstract

Wrist joint injuries are prevalent among athletes across various sports, leading to reduced performance and prolonged recovery periods. This study examines the efficacy of the rehabilitation strategy incorporating specific aids to improve range of motion (ROM) and mitigate wrist joint injuries in athletes. The study involved athletes with wrist joint injuries and a control group. Results showed a significant improvement in ROM and a lower incidence of wrist joint injuries in the experimental group. Implementing such programs could improve athletic performance and injury prevention strategies in sports settings. This study is warranted to explore the long-term effects and optimize rehabilitation protocols for athletes with wrist joint injuries. This study uses special techniques and instruments to rehabilitate carpal inflammation and recurrent wrist joint irritation. It clarifies carpal ulcer injuries, which may result in low player levels, and helps to improve sports injury recovery programs.
