Post-pregnancy low back pain (PPLBP) is a common condition affecting many women after childbirth, with significant implications for physical and mental well-being. This systematic review examines the prevalence, etiology, assessment, and management strategies for PPLBP based on literature from the last 25 years. It emphasizes the multifactorial nature of the condition, discusses various treatment options, and highlights the importance of early intervention and prevention strategies.
