Can astrology determine a career in medical surgery? An in-depth study of celestial markers and natal chart indicators for medical surgeons (Part-1)

Abstract

This paper explores the astrological indicators that may unveil an individuals potential to embark on a career as a medical surgeon, guided by the principles outlined in Brihat Parasara Hora Shastra. By offering a novel framework for identifying the celestial markers essential for success in this field, the study meticulously examines the connections between significant planetary placements and house interactions within the natal chart. It underscores the pivotal influence of specific astrological houses such as the ascendant, fifth, and ninth houses in shaping the traits and opportunities that are conducive to a medical career. Furthermore, the research aims to illuminate how astrological insights can aid in assessing an individuals suitability for the role of a medical surgeon, thereby enriching the discourse on the interplay between astrology and professional aspirations in this specialised domain.
