An assessment of sports anxiety between IGIPESS and NSUT football players

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate sports anxiety among football players from NSUT and IGIPESS, aged 18 to 25 years. The sample consisted of 40 players, with 20 from each institution. The (SAS-2) was employed to gauge trait anxiety in terms of worry, concentration disruption, and somatic anxiety. A descriptive and comparative research design was employed to analyze differences between the two groups.
