Abstract

The purpose of the study was to ascertain the Efficiency of integrated yoga practice modules on middleaged women's stress levels.The research included just forty-five (n=45) women who lived in the Sivagangai District and its surrounding areas.Ages 35 to 55 made up the group.Thirteen individuals made up Group I, Surya Namaskar (15), Asanas (15), and the Control Group (15).Three equal groups of fifteen individuals each were formed from the subjects.The twelve-week course met three days a week.All that was necessary was a 45-minute training session.Group III was given no special instructions as they were the control group.Data on stress were acquired by a questionnaire.The groups that were in the experimental and control groups provided the data.The dependent "t" should be used for statistical analysis.Use the dependent "t" test and Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) for statistical analysis.The corrected post-test means' "F" ratio was deemed statistically significant.For every example, a predetermined level of confidence of 0.05 was used.
