Abstract
The intention of this study is to examine the factors that influence office staff choices to participate in sports activities in Hochiminh City. Then, provide strategies to boost motivation and quality of participation in sports in order to promote health for office workers in particular and the community as a whole. The article applied SMS-28 questionnaires to study the relationship between the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of employees in offices when engaging in sports.
