An analytical study of the influencing factors facing the work of football sports academies in Maysan governorate

Abstract

Our study aimed to build a measure of the influential factors facing the work of football academies in Maysan Governorate, according to the opinion of administrators and coaches working in football academies in Maysan Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method to suit the nature of the study. The study also set standard grades and levels for this questionnaire. The research community was the academies. Football in Maysan Governorate, which has (18) football academies, with (216) coaches and administrators working there. The researcher used the scientific foundations of validity and reliability to build the scale consisting of twenty statements, where the exploratory research sample was distributed among (16) coaches and was The construction sample was (200) coaches. The results of the questionnaire were that the sample was divided into four levels: (very high, high, medium, and low). The conclusions were determined through the study, where the scale for the study was built, as well as the statistics obtained by the coaches in the scale of influencing factors. What football academies face in Maysan are very high, high, medium and low. The recommendations for our study were to adopt a measure of the influential factors facing football academies in Maysan.
