Abstract
In this research article investigated and studies on Ce4+ substitution lead free prepared by microwave heating. XRD, SEM and FTIR techniques used for structural studies. Studied the crystallinity, particle density, micro strain and dislocation densities, lattice parameters by using irregular morphologies, according to the SEM study.
