A physical rehabilitation program and a laser device to restore Kinetic efficiency of the ankle joint after injury for wrestlers

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to preparing a physical program to restore Kinetic efficiency of the ankle joint after injury for wrestlers, and identifying the effect of the rehabilitation program on the motor efficiency of the ankle joint of wrestlers. Using the experimental method of a single group with (pre-post) tests to suit the nature of the research. The community and sample research was the wrestlers of Al-Kut Club, Al-Hay Sports Club (ankle joint injury), and numbering eight injured wrestlers. One of the most important results reached by the researcher is that: The proposed physical rehabilitation program and the laser work to raise the motor efficiency of the ankle joint for wrestlers with ankle injuries through the results shown in increasing the motor flexibility of the wrestlers’ joint, and the proposed physical rehabilitation program and the laser worked to raise the motor efficiency of the ankle joint for wrestlers with ankle injuries through the results it showed in increasing the strength of the wrestlers’ joint extensor muscles. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the researchers is that: Work to prevent injury to the ankle joint for wrestlers through stretching and flexibility exercises for the ankle joint, and work on developing training programs to develop the strength and muscles working on the joint.
