Abstract

It study delves into the issue of gender pay disparity, examining how it differs across various regions and countries. The research seeks to reveal the key elements contributing to pay disparities between genders. These elements include the separation of occupations by gender, the lack of transparency in wages, instances of discrimination, and the effectiveness of policy interventions. In addition, the study assesses the impact of existing policies and practices aimed at addressing the gender pay gap and promoting fair pay in the workplace.
