The use of herbal medicine offers a complementary approach to managing these conditions, leveraging the therapeutic properties of various plants. This review explores the efficacy, mechanisms of action, and safety of herbal medicines used in the treatment of respiratory disorders, highlighting both traditional uses and modern scientific findings.
