Abstract

Capitalism has been extensively researched for several periods. The majority of political and economic authors disagreed on its definition. Capitalism faced many deviations in meaning and implementation, and those deviations made varieties of capitalism. This study aims to illustrate the definitions of capitalism and its relation with military invasion, based on the Anglo-Chinese War Ι as a case study according to preceding references, and proven historical facts, and asks if capitalist goals can be achieved by military invasion.
