This paper delves into the realm of Human Resource Accounting (HRA) within the context of a prominent public sector entity, the National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC), in India. NTPC stands as a pivotal player in India's energy landscape, boasting a diverse portfolio spanning fossil fuels, hydro, nuclear, and renewable energy sources.
