A case study on impetigo and role of homoeopathic medicines

Abstract

Impetigo is highly contagious disease which mostly affects the children. In this disease mainly superficial layers of the epidermis are involved and is caused by gram positive bacteria. Lesions which are developed by bacteria are highly contagious and can spread easily. They are very much painful and itchy having yellow crust with formation of erythematous plaques. An acute case of IMPETIGO is been treated with homoeopathic medicine in this case study according to symptom similarity of the patient.
