A case report on warts treated successfully with homoeopathic medicine

Abstract

Warts is one of the most common skin problems occur due to certain strains of the human papilloma virus (HPV). This article explores the effectiveness of homoeopathy in the treatment of Warts. Patient attended out-patient department (OPD) chiefly for complaints of blackish warts below chin. After unsatisfactory outcome with modern medicine & Curettage for one year, patient turned to homoeopathic treatment. After detailed case-taking, Nitric acid 30 CH was given along with Placebo, and gradually, the medicine was repeated as per the response upon the patient. Within 2 months of homoeopathic treatment, the patient started improving and continues to be free from warts in his last visit in OPD.
