Sustainability unleashed: Supercharging economic growth through green HR strategies

Abstract

This paper describes a semi-systematic literature review that examines how human resource professionals and scholars investigate the relationship between human resource work and green sustainable practices in organizations. The study analyzed the literature on human resources with a focus on sustainability, using the Rummler-Brache model of organizational performance as a framework. The model's nine performance variables were applied to the literature in relation to sustainability so that the literature could be assessed through the lens of this model for organizational sustainable performance.
