Abstract
Combat sports have gained immense popularity worldwide, with millions of individuals participating in activities such as boxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), judo, and wrestling. While these sports are celebrated for their physical prowess and strategic elements, there has been growing interest in understanding the potential impact of combat sports on mental health. This research article explores the complex interplay of psychological factors in combat sports, shedding light on how participation can influence mental health outcomes.
