Abstract

This research paper presents a bibliometric analysis focused on exploration of the potential applications of digital transformation in human resource management. The primary objective is to identify and examine the key characteristics of this field, current research trends, their progression and potential research gaps that can be explored in future studies. To acquire pertinent publications for the purpose of analysis, a thorough compilation is assembled from widely recognized scientific databases through specific search queries. This is then followed by the removal of any incorrect entries. The analysis encompasses trend analysis, co-occurrence analysis, and citation analysis.
