Abstract
This study aims to explore the relationship between self-efficacy and innovative workplace behavior, adopting social cognitive theory as theoretical framework. A descriptive survey research design was adopted in the study in which participants were 126 employees of NNPC Retail Limited (NRL), a subsidiary of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited.
