Abstract
Pediatric floating elbow is a rare injury. It may be closed or open injury and it carries a high risk for compartment syndrome. Most injuries are treated with operative fixation rather than conservative management. This case reports a 7-year old male with ipsilateral surpacondylar fracture and distal both bone forearm fracture.
