Abstract

This article is purpose to scrutiny the barriers to the implementation of strategies in organizations. This type of applied research has been done using the library method in the form of content analysis. Today, one of the challenges facing managers of organizations is to formulate the right strategies and implement them properly. Unfortunately, there are several barriers to implementing strategies. Recognition of these barriers is essential to achieving the goals of organizations. Without effective implementation, no organizational strategy can succeed. Achieving a correct understanding of the challenges managers face when making decisions and taking action to implement strategies is very effective in implementing strategies effectively. The results show that the barriers to the implementation of strategies in organizations depend on the type of organization being studied. However, some of the main obstacles that prevent the proper implementation of strategy in most organizations can be listed as follows: Lack of support for senior management in implementing strategy, insufficient manpower, lack of motivation, inefficient communication, conflicting goals and priorities, inefficient structure and system Inadequate rewards, inability to manage change, lack of guidelines and guidelines, working against the structure of organizational power, inefficient training systems and programs, poor programmatic relationship with vision, emerging new managerial, economic and political priorities.
