Abstract

The present topic is a discussion on the principles of Islamic management and its impact on administration. The goals and objectives of the administration from the Islamic point of view are the same as the goals and objectives of Islam, which in concise form are: Preservation of religion, preservation of intellect, preservation of soul, preservation of honor and dignity and preservation of property. The Islamic administration justifies man in such a way as to guarantee his happiness in this world and the hereafter. As the fourth caliph of the Muslims, Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Work in the world as if you were always alive, and work for the hereafter as you will die tomorrow. In this article tried to address the issue from different angles, such as: Introduction of administration, management, principles of management should be discussed. It is worth mentioning that the method of discussion in this article was library, and the issue of management principles and it’s impact on administration has been described and analyzed, which has been collected from the contents of various authentic Islamic books.
