Individualised homoeopathic approach for infantile haemangioma: A case report

Abstract

Infantile haemangioma is the most common form of vascular tumours. It is a birthmark also known as strawberry birthmark is an abnormally dense group of blood vessels. Case summary: This is a case report of a three-month-old girl child presented with diagnosed case of haemangioma. It was present on scalp with purple, dark red elevated round with large size. She was treated with individualised homoeopathic medicine. The assessment of haemangioma was done with Vancouver Scar at baseline and after homoeopathic treatment. Possible causal attribution of changes was assessed by Modified Naranjo criteria (Score 09 out of 13).
