Abstract
The aim of this study is to show the importance of donating blood to save people's lives and what is the role of the Ministry of Health to motivate people, whether they are citizens or residents, through rewards, gifts, material or moral benefits, and break the barrier of fear by people to donate blood. The questionnaire was distributed to 650 people (men and women), and the responses of 550 people were obtained in all health centers in Mecca region.
