Abstract
Lachesis and Naja belongs to Ophidia group of medicines. Both these medicines are prominently mentioned as curative medicine for many diseases of cardiovascular system. For treating cardiovascular diseases, a homoeopathic physician must know what is curative in homoeopathic medicines along with proper disease diagnosis. Differential and comparative study of Lachesis and naja will helps us to select our similimum in cardiovascular diseases with more clarity.
