Synthesis and characterization of substituted acid hydrazides derivative
International journal of applied research · 2018 · Vol. 4(1) · pp. 511–512
Abstract
A novel synthesis and Characterization of benzo derivative of acid hydrazide has been reported. 3-nitro anilines are reacted with chloroacetyl chloride in presence of acetone to give 2-chloro-N-(3-nitrophenyl) acetamide which when reacted with 3-amino-3, 4-dihydropyrido [2,3-b]pyrazin-2(1H)-one in presence of dry pyridine to give the final target. The structures of synthesized compounds are confirmed by their IR and 1H-NMR spectral data. Melting point of the compound has been determined by open capillary tube.
