Utility of Phatak repertory in homoeopathic management of leucorrhea

Abstract

Abnormal vaginal discharge (leucorrhea) is frequent complaint seen in women of reproductive age group, infective and non-infective two types are generally seen, first we have to evaluate etiopathogenesis followed by evaluation of patient for Homeopathic management and to see outcome of patient. Phatak repertory is very useful in management of leucorrhea 125 symptoms are covered and 99 medicines are included, in Phatak repertory Drugs are mainly based on clinical experience of dr. Phatak and strong justfication by autorities like Dr. Bogar, Dr. Kent, Dr. Clark etc. Single drug rubrics are given in repertory which can be given specifically based on indications.
