Abstract

Most of the educational phenomena contain large units. It is not possible to observe each unit of population under controlled conditions. Sometimes populations are so large that their study becomes time consuming. Sampling helps to reduce expenses, in terms of time, money effort and provide generalization on the basis of relatively small population.
